Service Description

A private yoga pilates class caters to your personal needs. Identifying individual strengths and weaknesses and selecting an appropriate range of exercises factoring in injuries ,physical history, range of flexibility strength and mobility. The benefits of a private one-on-one session is an individual wholistic approach to exercise under careful guidance where you will be able to progress at your own pace using equipment and props. The yoga practice will be tailored to your daily lifestyle needs and adjustments made accordingly. Duets are also available where 2 students can attend.
